At Harness Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must include all tags, labels, and accessories
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
3. Return Process
3.1 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for Approval: We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided in our response email
- Track Your Return: Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records
3.2 Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility:
- If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Our Responsibility:
- If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of your return request
3.3 Return Address
Do not send your return to the address on your package. Please wait for our return approval email with the correct return address.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Inspection: We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Approval: If approved, we will send you an email notification
- Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different payment method or account.
4.3 Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- The purchase price of the item(s)
- Original shipping costs (if the return is due to our error)
Your refund will NOT include:
- Original shipping costs (if returning due to change of mind)
- Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
- Any customs duties or taxes paid (these must be claimed from your customs authority)
4.4 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items showing obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
5. Exchanges
5.1 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
5.2 Out of Stock Items
If an item you want is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or contact us at ai.harnix@gmail.com to inquire about availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
6.1 Reporting Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Include your order number in your email
6.2 Resolution Options
For damaged or defective items, we will offer one of the following:
- Full refund (including original shipping costs)
- Replacement item at no additional cost
- Store credit for future purchases
6.3 Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Document the damage with photos before opening
- Contact us immediately with photos and tracking information
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
7. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item:

- Provide your order number and photos of the item received
- We will send you a prepaid return label
- We will ship the correct item or issue a full refund
We will cover all shipping costs for wrong items sent.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your credit card company as there may be a processing delay

9. International Returns
9.1 Return Shipping
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
9.2 Customs and Duties
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred on returns
- We recommend declaring returned items as "returned goods" to potentially avoid additional charges
- Refunds do not include any customs duties or taxes you paid when receiving the item
10. Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow our standard return process once you receive the item.

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, special circumstances may apply for:
- Large or bulky items (over 10 kg)
- Custom or personalized items (if return is approved)
- Items requiring special handling
