We ship worldwide from Hong Kong to bring you unique travel souvenirs from around the world. Most countries and regions are covered, but some restrictions may apply based on local customs regulations.
2. Processing Time
2.1 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within:
- 1-3 business days for in-stock items
- 5-7 business days for items requiring special handling
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
2.2 Order Verification
All orders are subject to verification for fraud prevention. Large or unusual orders may require additional verification time (1-2 business days).
2.3 Peak Seasons
During peak seasons (major holidays, sales events), processing times may be extended by 2-5 business days. We will notify you of any delays via email.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
3.1 Hong Kong Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days (Free for orders over HKD $200)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (HKD $50)
3.2 International Shipping
Asia-Pacific Region:
- Standard: 5-10 business days
- Express: 3-5 business days
North America:
- Standard: 10-15 business days
- Express: 5-7 business days
Europe:
- Standard: 10-20 business days
- Express: 5-10 business days
Rest of World:
- Standard: 15-30 business days
- Express: 7-15 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Calculation Method
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Destination country/region
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method (Standard or Express)
The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4.2 Free Shipping Promotions
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Terms and conditions:
- Applies to standard shipping only
- Minimum order value may be required
- May be limited to specific regions
- Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated

Shipping costs do not include:
- Customs duties and import taxes (customer's responsibility)

5. Order Tracking

5.2 Tracking Updates
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after shipment. Please allow this time before contacting us about tracking status.
5.3 No Tracking Number

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6.2 Address Changes
Address changes can be made:
- Before shipping: Contact us immediately to update your address (no charge)
- After shipping: Contact the shipping carrier directly (additional fees may apply)
6.3 Undeliverable Addresses
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for some carriers and items)
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) - contact us for special arrangements
- Countries under trade embargoes
7. International Shipping & Customs
7.1 Customs Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for:
- All customs duties and import taxes
- Customs clearance fees
- Any additional charges imposed by your country
These fees vary by country and are collected upon delivery or at your local customs office.
7.2 Customs Documentation
We will provide all necessary customs documentation, including:
- Commercial invoice
- Customs declaration form
- Product descriptions and values
7.3 Customs Holds
Packages may be held at customs for inspection. This is beyond our control and may cause delays. If your package is held:
- Monitor your tracking information
- Contact your local customs office
- Provide any requested documentation
- Pay any required duties or taxes
7.4 Refused Shipments
If you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes and the package is returned to us:
- We will refund your order amount minus shipping costs
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
8. Delivery
8.1 Signature Required
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery:
- High-value orders (over USD $100)
- Express shipping orders
- Orders to high-risk areas
8.2 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted but fails:
- The carrier will leave a notice with instructions
- You may need to pick up the package from a local facility
- Packages are typically held for 5-10 business days
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to us
8.3 Safe Place Delivery
Some carriers may leave packages in a safe location without a signature. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
9. Shipping Restrictions

Some items cannot be shipped internationally due to customs regulations:
- Items containing batteries (restrictions vary by country)
- Liquids, gels, or aerosols
- Perishable goods
- Items restricted by specific countries
9.2 Restricted Countries
We may be unable to ship to certain countries due to trade restrictions, carrier limitations, or other factors. These restrictions are subject to change.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
10.1 Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period:
- Contact us after 5 business days past the estimated delivery date
- We will file a claim with the shipping carrier
- Investigation typically takes 7-14 business days
- If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a refund or replacement
10.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and contents immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
10.3 Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive the package:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier to verify delivery location
- File a police report for stolen packages
- Contact us with the police report number
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will assist with carrier investigations.
11. Multiple Items & Split Shipments
11.1 Combined Shipping
When possible, we combine multiple items in one package to save on shipping costs.
11.2 Split Shipments
Orders may be split into multiple shipments if:
- Items are located in different warehouses
- Items have different availability dates
- Package size or weight exceeds carrier limits
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Additional shipping charges will not be applied for split shipments.
12. Holidays and Shipping Delays
Shipping may be delayed during:
- Hong Kong public holidays
- Major holidays in destination countries
- Peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year)
- Severe weather events
- Natural disasters or emergencies

All shipments include basic carrier liability coverage. For high-value orders, we automatically include additional insurance at no extra cost. You may also purchase additional insurance at checkout for extra protection.
